Summit Schedule
Tenatively the summit will last from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and activities will include:
- talks by leading activists about street harassment
- screening of the groundbreaking documentary "War Zone"
- breakout discussions on topics like
- how street harassment is part of the larger context of gender-based violence
- street harassment and the law
- engaing allies to address the problem
- bystander accountability
- self defense
- LGBQTI-specific concerns
- discussion about ways to address street harassment in our community.
Free lunch will be provided. |
